Referred back and disallowed items submission moves to MYS portal

From July 2022 (for prescriptions dispensed in June 2022), all referred back and disallowed items will only be received and submitted via the Manage Your Service (MYS) portal. Paper versions from NHSBSA will no longer be sent in the post from this date. Click here for further details.
