Launch of Adherence Service
The new Adherence service was launched on 18 July 2022. This is a core service to be provided by all pharmacies so you do not need to submit a contract to SPPG. The NPA has prepared an SOP to assist in the delivery of the service - see here.
Racism survey
The NPA is collecting examples of good employment practices in relation to inclusion, diversity and equality. Currently we are considering in particular how to manage and eliminate racial discrimination in the workplace. Complete this short survey here.

Making charitable donations / providing aid and supporting people from Ukraine
NPA Members may be considering how they may be able to offer employment opportunities to people who have come to the UK from Ukraine, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who qualified in Ukraine. NPA Menopause and HRT hub
An NPA Menopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) dedicated hub has been published to support members. It includes common HRT queries, availability, alternatives and charges. You can also access the latest updates regarding menopause and HRT including clinical guidelines and alternative therapies, signposting, Government consultations and Serious Shortage Protocols (SSP).
